Review: Body Glove Snap-on Case

The Body Glove Snap-on Example for the T-Mobile Bear upon Pro two is a difficult beat out wrapped with a textured, constructed textile. To add to this example's uniqueness, information technology comes with a kicking-stand that allows you to prop upwards your Windows Telephone.

As you can tell from the photos, the Snap-on Case is on an AT&T Tilt2.  Not having a T-Mobile Touch Pro ii handy when I received the case for review, I took a risk to meet if it would fit on the Tilt2.  While the Body Glove is being offered exclusively for the T-Mobile Impact Pro two  information technology volition fit other Impact Pro models. The i big caveat in doing such is the cut-outs friction match up with the T-Mobile version. They may or may not match upward with other Touch on Pro ii versions.

To see how well the Snap-on Example works out (at least on the Tilt2), follow the intermission.

Fit and Feel

The Torso Glove Snap-on Case is a ii slice, hard shell case that, as the name implies, snaps firmly in identify. Exposures are cut into the molding to let access to key areas such as the power button, usb port, volume keys, etc.

The case has small clips forth the inner edge of each half. These clips latch on to the body of the Touch Pro 2 and holds it firmly in place. My only concern with the clips is that in removing the case, they might snap off.

The case adds marginal thickness to the Impact Pro 2 and while the thickness is noticeable, it is too manageable. The synthetic material has a rubbery/leathery feel to information technology and offers a good gripping surface for the Windows Telephone.

The Kickstand

The Torso Glove example'south clip rotates, hold things nicely in identify when on your chugalug, detachable, and swivels out to become a kickstand. My like the HTC Imagio's built-in kick stand, the Body Glove's kickstand becomes useful for scout videos or movies.

I consider the kickstand feature one of those "information technology'south better to accept information technology and non need it, than demand it and not take it features". You may never prop your T-Mobile Touch Pro 2 up, but one solar day you lot might.

Overall Impression

The Body Glove Snap-on Case is a touch better than the SPE Difficult Case because of the material covering.  The SPE Hard Case does have the do good of having the cut-outs friction match the particular version of the Impact Pro two.  However, if y'all have a T-Mobile TP2 (or can live with mis-matched cut outs) the Body Glove offers a touch more than protection and feels more comfortable in the hand.

Equally with almost shell or pare cases, the weak betoken is that they offering no protection for the screen. I would be very cautious near using this case for chugalug carry.

Again, the cutting-outs in the case are positioned for the T-Mobile Touch on Pro ii.  While it will fit other Bear on Pro 2 versions (including the Tilt2) it may non betrayal cardinal features such as the iii.5mm jack, camera button, or rear speaker. Definitely proceed with circumspection if you lot try this with the other Bear upon Pro 2 versions.

Still, if a hard shell example is your cup of tea, the Body Glove Snap-on case will practise nicely for the T-Mobile Touch Pro 2.  The Torso Glove case is running $24.95 over at the WMExperts.com Store.
